Five Best Exercises for a Toned Stomach

With summer around the corner, it is time to get your sweat on and incorporate these five staple core exercises into your workout. Whether your goal is to have a six-pack or just tone your stomach more, incorporating cardio and exercises that activate your abdominals a few times a week will get you right on track for summer. To see results, it is important to remember that you only need to focus on working your core two to three times a week post-workout.
Don't forget about the kitchen...
I am sure you have all heard about the phrase "abs are made in the kitchen" and you have heard it for a reason! It's true.. well to a degree, that maintaining a healthy diet and fueling your body with all your nutritional needs will help create your dream physique. I know it can be hard to maintain a healthy diet with a heavy workload, but thats why I have provided healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes for everyones dietary needs! Keep in mind that in order to see definition in your abs, 70% of that work should be made in the kitchen and the remaining 30% should be made in the gym or at home with these staple core movements!

Now lets jump right into these killer ab workouts! Do each move for 30-45 seconds each and complete as many rounds as possible!
